PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPERS:
Metrotown, Burnaby: We manage houses within a proposed development until demolition, expected to be mid to late 2012. Renting, repairs and maintenance, security etc.
South Vancouver: Five adjoining duplexes some with basement suites and a commercial strip.
DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING:
Lakeshore Village, Salmon Arm. We provided complete development management services to develop this 42,000 square foot retail and office neighbourhood centre on Highway #1 in Salmon Arm. We also leased the property with tenants including Wendy’s and Boston Pizza.
ROOFTOP ANTENNAS AND WIRELESS INFRASTRUCTURE:
Lions Gate Bridge: Advised the governing agencies with respect to leasing communications space on the Lions Gate Bridge.
City of Kamloops: Advised the municipality with respect to telephone line installations along city roads.
CRANE SWING AGREEMENTS:
Owners of ten older duplexes and an owner of two 50 suite apartment buildings by the waterfront in North Vancouver.
